Church Secretary
Kim has been the Administrative Assistant for four years now. She too is a Story City native and began attending Harvest E-Free ten years ago. So what are Kim’s duties? The better question is, what does Kim not do? Kim handles most of the detail work and day-to-day operations at the office. Her days are filled with computer work, answering the phone, scheduling, communication, PowerPoint & bulletin preparation, record keeping, keeping track of the Pastors, and on and on. Kim is married to Todd, who is an independent construction contractor. They have three children- Eric (20), Brett (17), and Molly (12).

Things I’m Thankful For: The little things-those special little blessings, (surprise) packages that God wraps and ties up with a neat little bow-like my job. I love my job as Church Secretary, and appreciate this opportunity that God has given me. I’m thankful for my family, good health, and the freedom to live in a country where I can worship Him whenever/wherever I desire. I am thankful that I have eternity with Jesus to look forward to!
I Enjoy: Attending any events that my kids are involved in-baseball, softball, volleyball, football… I like walking, biking and playing volleyball. I love to cook, bake and am enjoying teaching my daughter the culinary arts. I enjoy scrapbooking. My hope is that all of the time spent today on the pages brings a memory back to life for the kids, or tells of favorite memories for generations. I enjoy NFL (go Bears!) and cheer for those boys of summer-the St. Louis Cardinals.
Favorite Movies: I love our family movie night that we have every Saturday night; we even sometimes watch a favorite of mine: Count of Monte Cristo, Pirates of the Caribbean, Hunt for Red October, The Rock, and (almost) any Kevin Costner movie-- Robin Hood , Field of Dreams, Dances with Wolves…For T.V I like to watch NFL, Any of the CSI's, Without a Trace, Crossing Jordan, House, Fear Factor, Deal Or No Deal.
Favorite Music Groups/CDs: Newsboys, Casting Crowns, Mercy Me (especially “Word of God Speak”), Point of Grace, Jeremy Camp.
I Hope To Someday: Be done remodeling our house that we’ve been working on for 14 years. I’d also like to take my kids to see the ocean sometime.
Recent Books Read: I like looking through cookbooks, cooking magazines, and scrapbook ideas.
Favorite Verse/Life Verse: 1 John 1:9 - If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.
1 Peter 4:10 - Each one should use whatever gift he has received to serve others, faithfully administering God's grace in its various forms.
