Instructing & Equipping

Several Bible studies and book studies will be offered in the fall, spring semesters and during the summer. We will worship, study, pray and fellowship together, growing deeper in our relationships with Christ and with each other.

Prayer Groups:

Moms in Touch is for moms, grandmas, and any other woman committed to praying for children, grandchildren, public schools, school staff and administration. (Our group is non-denominational.)
There are two different times:

Sunday evenings: Led by Karen Waid & Sonja Fisher @ Harvest E-Free contact: Karen Waid (563-547-1117)
Mondays, 2-3pm: Hosted by Deb Shaw @ 514 Frette Dr., Story City. contact: Deb Shaw (733-9231)

Women Who Pray: Women who lift up the families and needs of our church body through prayer. This group meets in the Music Room at the Harvest E-Free ministry center every Wednesday morning from 6:15-7:00 to call on His Name and claim His promises for our families, our church, our community and our men and women overseas. Come and join us! You can also pass on your prayer requests to Joy Thye (388-4715).

Mentoring:
Come alongside another woman who is in need of emotional, spiritual and practical help. If you sense the Holy Spirit is leading you into a mentoring relationship, whether as a mentor or as a woman who would benefit from receiving mentoring, please contact Lois Heckert (733-2856). Training is available for mentors, and trained mentors are ready and waiting to come alongside a sister in Christ with spiritual, emotional, or physical help.
