What is MOPS?
MOPS stands for Mothers of Preschoolers. The years of infancy through kindergarten are met with unique challenges. MOPS was created with the goal to meet the needs of mothers with young children by developing relationships and providing support. While building meaningful relationships, you will share stories, challenges and joys with other moms just like you.

What do you offer my preschooler?
Children are cared for in a program called MOPPETS. Newborns to 24 months are in a nursery-like setting. Children ages 2-6 are involved in various activities including: music, crafts, stories and free play.

What happens at a meeting?
Guest speakers from the community present on a variety of topics including money matters, nutrition, decorating and cooking demonstrations as well as many more topics you will enjoy. In addition, there is a time for crafts or presentations. The morning out would not be complete without great conversation and food!

The planning?
Moms from the group volunteer to serve on the steering team. These women spend many hours planning enjoyable and beneficial meetings, and they are committed to making MOPS mornings special. There are many opportunities available to become involved in the planning and organizing of MOPS.
